Really convenient location and staff where lovely
The duvet cover which wasn't sealed was uncomfortable and kept moving, I have never seen one like it, they should definitely consider changing these.

Budget hotel with great location. Sadly window doesn't open! Why to charge for it then!
It is London so space comes at a price. The hotel is centrally located with great connection. We booked the window room and got an upgrade by the hotel. Bathroom was really big but had child sized washbasin. It was queen room so it is one of their biggest room. But with a table and a bed there was hardly any space to move around. That's london though. If you want more space, you need to pay more. The room had tea,coffee, hot chocolate, kettle as well.
The "window" room has windows but it doesn't open. So no fresh air. I hope we were informed about it somehow. It was not mentioned while booking. We wouldn't have booked a room with window knowing this fact. The glass door in the bathroom also didn't close properly. Keeps sliding open. Some small wardrobe or racks in the bathroom would be nice to keep things.
